Meditation is a learned skill. It’s perfectly normal that it doesn’t come easy to everyone. It certainly didn’t come easy to me. I had to learn which technique works best for me and practice, practice, practice.

I normally meditate with the t.v. on, the baby nearby, and everyday life going on all around me. It’s rarely tranquil when I meditate because when I need to meditate I’m stressed, having anxiety, and need to find some peace.
Meditation gives me the ability to calm myself and regain mental stability in the mist of chaos. Meditation with aromatherapy helps trigger good memories and energy that helps ease and elevate the practice.
