- A: Yes, all of our products are 100% natural and handcrafted with non-toxic ingredients. However the aromatherapy products should not be consumed, ingested, or used in anyway other than their intended purpose of home fragrance.
Q: How are your ingredients sourced?
- A: Our ingredients are ethically sourced from local businesses in the Houston, Texas area. We also use sustainable ingredients with respect to indigenous communities, cultures and the planet.
Q: What do you mean the aromatherapy is sensory aligned?
- A: All of the aromatherapy products are formulated with natural scents that safely engage your sensory system without being overpowering of invasive.
Q: Are the products made with any animal products or tested on animals?
- A: None of our products are created with animal products. None are tested on animals. All of the products are tested by the owner of the company for sensory alignment and quality assurance.
Q: What type of wax are the candles made with?
- A: The candles are made with 100% natural soy wax.
Q: Do you use essential oils or synthetic fragrance in the aromatherapy products?
- A: We use 100% therapeutic grade essential oils in our chakra candles, meditation candles, and dosha sensory candles.
- We use essential oils and quality fragrance blends in the holiday scents candle collections.
Q: What do you mean by crafted with good energy?
- A: All of our products are handmade with care and love. They are only created with positive intention and while in good spirit. Each item is also created with sound bowl vibrations to elevate the frequency of the environment.
Q: What is the turn around time for shipping?
- A: Typically we ship within 24 business hours of receiving a confirmed order.
Q: How is shipping cost determined?
- A: Shipping is calculated by USPS using weight of package and location it’s being shipped to.
Q: Do you ship international?
- A: Yes, We ship internationally. Tax and Customs is to be paid by the customer.
Q: Is free shipping available?
- A: Yes, orders $50+ are eligible for free shipping U.S. domestic only.

Returns & Cancellations
Q: If I do not like the scent can I return it?
- A: We offer an exchange for items you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Simply contact us and let us know you would like an exchange and the reason why. Shipping cost for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: How long do I have to exchange an item?
- A: We request you contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange.
Q: What if I receive a defective or damaged item can I return it for a full refund?
- A: We will happily replace the defective item at no cost to you. Damaged items by neglect of USPS or shipping service would have to be resolved with the postal service carrier.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
- A: Yes you can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. Please note you will be subject to and responsible for the transaction fee’s to process your credit card or PayPal transaction. The fee’s will be deducted from the refund to your card.
