RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your products we gladly replace the damaged or defective item. ** some exceptions do apply.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@theyogiclosetbrand.com within 5 days of receiving the item. To expedite the replacement process, kindly provide a clear picture of the defective or damaged item. We will promptly replace the product at no cost to you. (**Exemptions and conditions do apply, see below).
Natural Handcrafted Variations: Our products are crafted using natural materials and are handcrafted, which means some slight variations may occur. This uniqueness is part of the charm of our products.
Scent Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the scent of your product, please email us within 5 days of purchase, explaining your concerns. We value your satisfaction and will work to address your concerns with a replacement product. Please note that the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost of a replacement product.
Return and Exchange Approval: All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and require the return of the original product. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We kindly request that items are returned within 5 days of receiving return approval. Refunds and exchanges cannot be processed without the return of the original merchandise.

**The Yogi Closet is not responsible for soy wax products melting that are left in extreme heat conditions for extended periods of time. Such as leaving candles in an outdoor mailbox during the summer.

**All original artwork, furniture, clothing are final sale. No return, exchange, or replacement available. 50% (non-refundable) deposit required for custom and commissioned art.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
If you would like to cancel your order please do so within an hour of purchase. All cancelled orders are subject to the transaction fee's incurred for completing the initial transaction. The transaction fee will be deducted from the issued refund.
International Transaction fee's include:
4.4% +.30 transaction fee and 2% international card fee.
Domestic Transaction fee's include:

Tips regarding natural soy wax candles:
Soy wax is soft, and can melt in direct sunlight and high heat. Store your soy candles away from sunlight. This is not a massage candle. It is not proven to be harmful to humans or pets when used responsibly and as intended.
When burning candles please monitor the burning time, it is recommended to burn 2-3 hours per session. Trim the wick and keep debris from the container. When burning the candle allow it to burn and melt the wax to the edge of the container to avoid tunneling.
